About

Drailz begun with the intention of creating more DIY spots for the skate community.  Blading with Chef Knives, Mike Obedoza, had spare wood with an old box, and asked fellow Blader, Blade Cup Veterans champ, Dan Rosado, whom has a full workshop in his garage to help create some skate obstacles.

Mike Obedoza and Dan Rosado Making The First Box

Piecing together some leftover angle iron and a round rail from Obedoza's old box, Dan thought of how welding these pieces together would make an easy rail and with one instagram post, the word was out, that Dan was making rails.  The requests began to flood in.

Welding a play rail

After Dan had welded a few, there was no name for the rails, as its inception was created by demand.   The customers began to put together a name for Dan, combining the "D" in Dan with rails, Drailz, giving it a hashtag on social media.

The demand has been overwhelming as each rail are custom welded and painted per order.  Dan does this on the side as he continues to work a full-time job and continues to skate every free chance he can get.  Dan has no plans of mass producing a inferior product, as a Blader, Dan can understand the awesome feeling of finding the perfect rail.

Each rail is handcrafted and customized by Dan Rosado.
